We advise Danish and foreign investors on obtaining financing and creating the optimal financing structure for their business in the Danish real estate market.

This may be done in connection with establishing new loans and in connection with the refinancing of existing loans.

Our many years of experience from the banking sector means that we know exactly  which information the banks are asking for and how this information is presented in the optimal way – for instance in a prospectus. This improves the likelihood of being able to obtain the required financing for a certain company.

Throughout the latest years we have assisted a number of companies who have wanted to change their current lender. You will find further reading on this subject in our “change banks concept” (see PDF file).

In connection with the financial crisis we have furthermore participated in a large number of preparations of and negotiations about solution models aimed at restructuring the financing and capital base of companies.
