ACQUISITION/SALE OF A COMPANY

At MagniPartners we have special knowledge of and experience with the real estate business. Therefore we often advise buyers and sellers in connection with deals comprising large properties or real estate portfolios.

We analyze, plan and handle complicated acquisition and sales processes. Often we create a prospectus comprising a detailed overall-description of the company in cooperation with the company itself. On the basis of the prospectus we contact potential investors and handle the subsequent negotiations with investors on behalf of the company.

Since the beginning of the 1990ies we have participated in a large number of company reconstructions. It means that we have extensive experience in creating solution models which can solve the financial problems following the financial crisis.

Over the past 10 years we have been involved in the acquisition and sale of companies with activities in the Nordic countries and in Germany. Therefore we have established a wide network within the international real estate and financing sectors. A network we can draw upon – to the benefit of our clients.
